柳州市某医院231例护士HBV感染状况分析

目的]探讨护士HBV感染状况,为今后的防治工作提供依据。方法]采用ELISA法检测柳州市某医院职工血清中HBV的5项血清标志物,将检测对象分为观察组和对照组,观察组观察临床护士感染情况,对照组观察非临床工作人员感染情况,并对检测结果进行分析比较。结果]231名护士中,HBsAg阳性率为11.21%,不同年龄组中,HBV感染以20～30岁组感染率最低,31～40岁组感染率最高(75.51%),不同年龄组中感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.014,P﹤0.001);观察组感染率为63.63%,对照组感染率为19.62%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=73.239,P﹤0.01),HBsAg阳性携带者抗-HBc检出率较高。结论]护士应加强职业防范,定期接种乙肝疫苗,防止HBV自身感染和交叉感染。

ANALYSIS OF 231 CASES OF HBV INFECTION OF NURSES IN A HOSPITAL IN LIUZHOU CITY

Objective]To study the HBV infection of the nurses,to provide a scientific basis for future prevention.Methods]ELISA was used to test the five serum markers of HBV in staff’s serum in a hospital in Liuzhou city.The staff were divided into two groups:observed group and control group.The infection situation of the clinical nurses was observed in the observed group and that of the non-clinical staff was observed in the control group.The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results]Among the 231 nurses,the positive rate of HbsAg was 11.21%.In the groups of different ages,the lowest rate of HBV infection was in the aged 20-30 group,while the highest rate in the aged 31-40 group(75.51%).The difference of the infection rates was statistically significant(χ2 = 37.014,P﹤0.001).The infection rate of the observed group was 63.63%,and 19.62% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2 = 73.239,P﹤0.01).In the HBsAg positive carriers,the anti-HBc rate was higher.Conclusion]Nurses should strengthen occupational safety,and regularly be given hepatitis B vaccination to prevent HBV self-infection and cross infection.
