摘    要:目的]评价2009年贵州省4个疟疾防治重点县实施休止期治疗(简称休治)的效果,为制定疟疾防治对策提供依据。方法]选择三都、平塘、罗甸、榕江4个疟疾高发流行县为实施地区,发病率≥2%的8个自然寨确定全体常住人口为休治对象,1%﹤发病率﹤2%的35个自然寨确定疟史患者、患者家属及其四周邻居为休治对象,发病率﹤1%的704个自然寨确定疟史患者及其家属为休治对象。休治对象在春季疟疾休止期均给予氯喹/伯喹8日疗法。收集2009年疟疾发病个案调查表、疫情报表和统计表,分析比较疟疾发病情况。结果]三都县2009年疟疾发病率为51.30/10万(168例),较上年106.61/10万的发病率下降51.88%(χ2=63.25,P﹤0.001);平塘县2009年疟疾发病率为9.19/10万(26例),较上年42.98/10万的发病率下降78.62%(χ2=61.88,P﹤0.001);罗甸县2009年疟疾发病率为16.47/10万(53例),较上年37.96/10万的发病率下降56.61%(χ2=27.23,P﹤0.001);榕江县2009年疟疾发病率为44.84/10万(147例),较上年71.84/10万的发病率下降37.58%(χ2=20.41,P﹤0.001)。结论]4个疟疾高发县实施休止期治疗后发病率明显下降,休止期治疗是降低全省疟疾发病率的一项重要举措。
