| 摘 要： | 目的了解影响七宝镇社区居民健康的危险因素,并分析相关原因,为今后在社区开展健康促进提供科学依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法,抽取七宝镇12个居委15岁～69岁的常住人口,共240户698人作为本次调查的对象;采用用闵行区居民健康危险因素监测调查表对他们的基本信息、吸烟、饮食习惯、体育锻炼及相关健康知识进行调查。结果 50岁以上人群健康知识的知晓率(59.32%)低于平均水平(70.71%);吸烟人群平均在20.04岁开始接触第一支烟,在21.06岁开始每天吸烟;几乎没有吸烟人群接受或主动寻求过戒烟服务;45.56%的受访人群有在一天内吸入别人吸烟产生的烟雾累计超过15分钟,平均吸入天数为5.23天,家里和工作场所是接受被动吸烟的重灾区(58.49%,68.87%);受访者对饮食都比较重视,但蔬菜和水果摄入量不足;受访者中只有30.09%以运动为目的开展体育锻炼。结论七宝镇居民在各方面都存在影响健康的危险因素。今后要有针对性地纠正居民的错误意识,开展各种健康教育活动,促进居民改变自己的行为,减少健康危险因素。
