| Abstract: | Measures were performed to improve the ability of specialist nurses, promote the development of nursing in hospital, and stabilize the team of specialist nurses, which included establishment of specialist nurse training management organization with clear responsibility, development of specialist nurses training management files with strict enforcement, establishment of clear training objectives, determination of the classification of specialist nurses, implementation of A, B, C three -level specialist nurses training, implementation of dynamic assessment and strengthening the usage after training. |
