基于CiteSpace的我国医学领域风险管理研究的可视化分析

目的通过分析近30年我国医学领域风险管理相关文献，梳理此领域的研究热点、核心作者和研究前沿演进及发展态势，为未来研究提供指引方向。方法检索1990年－2019年CNKI数据库主题为“风险管理”的相关文献，运用 CiteSpace软件进行网络图谱可视化分析。结果共纳入11 050篇文献。发文量呈逐年增加趋势，研究作者、机构之间合作较为局限，研究热点集中在呼吸内科风险管理研究以及医疗效果、满意度和护理风险管理；研究前沿为风险评估、医疗风险、护理风险、财务风险、风险预测模型和医疗纠纷。结论我国医学领域风险管理研究逐渐成熟，未来需构建风险管理理论和医学实践研究结合的模式和路径。

Visual Analysis of Risk Management Research in Medical Field in China Based on CiteSpace

ObjectiveTo analyze the literature on risk management in the medical field in China in recent 30 years, sort out the research hotspots, core authors, evolution and development trend, and provide guidance for future research. MethodsRelevant literature on "risk management" of CNKI database from 1990 to 2019 was searched, and network map visualization analysis was conducted using the CiteSpace software. ResultsA total of 11 050 articles were included. The amount of articles published was increasing year by year, and the cooperation between research authors and institutions was relatively limited.Research hotspots focus on respiratory medicine risk management research and medical effects, satisfaction and nursing risk management; the research frontiers are risk assessment, medical risk, nursing risk, financial risk, risk prediction model and medical disputes.Conclusion The research of risk management on medical field was gradually mature in China, and further research are needed to build a model and path combining risk management theory and medical practice.
