摘 要: | 精细化管理对改善医患关系、构建和谐工作氛围意义重大.首先对精细化管理的产生背景进行了阐述,并从强化管理理念、完善规章制度、实施精细化服务、实现信息化管理、强化细节管理等5个方面对精细化管理的具体实施进行说明,旨在提高医疗水平、改善服务质量、提升服务能力.

Abstract: | Delicacy Management is of great significance to the reform of doctor - patient relationship, and to a harmonious working environment. The paper first discussed the background of delicacy management, and demonstrated the implementation of delicacy management from 5 aspects 1 including strengthening the management conception , improvement of rules and regulations implementation of delicacy service, actualization of information management, strengthening the delicacy management. It aimed at increasing medical level, improving service quality, enhancing service capacity. |
