摘    要:目的 ]探讨抗氧化剂沙棘油对SO2 染毒小鼠肺组织中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及抗氧化酶活性的影响。 方法 ]昆明小鼠随机分成对照组、SO2 吸入组及干预组 (沙棘油 4个剂量组 ) ,检测实验小鼠肺组织中LPO和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶 (GST)的活性。 结果 ]与SO2 吸入组相比 ,干预组小鼠肺组织中LPO含量减少 ,GST活性提高。 结论 ]抗氧化剂沙棘油对二氧化硫引起的肺氧化损伤有一定的拮抗作用

Abstract:This study is to investigate the effects of seabuckthorn seed oil on oxidative damage in lung of mice. The mice were randomly divided into three groups:a control group,SO 2 inhalation group and preventive group including 4 subgroups. The level of LPO and the activity of GST were determined. In preventive groups,the level of LPO was significantly decreased,and the activities of GST were significantly increased compared with these in SO 2 inhalation group. Conclusion] Seabuckthorn seed oil can prevent oxidative damage of lung induced by SO 2 in a certain degree.
