| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious hospital is a significant condition for the existence and development of hospitals in the new era.To construct a harmonious hospital involves the buildup of a harmonious relationship between hospital staff and patients,a harmonious relationship between clinician and technician.People oriented management are the major methods adopted constructing harmonious relationship between hospital staff and patients.The role of the management of the medical-technical section office in the process of constructing harmonious hospitals,which would be accomplished mainly by systematic monitoring of the quality and competitive human-based services. |
