摘    要:目的评定氢化物-原子荧光光度计测汞检出限测定结果的不确定度。方法依据测量不确定度评定与表示的理论,建立了评定检出限的测量结果不确定度的数学模型,分析各相对标准不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果检出限测量结果不确定度报告为QL=0.002 1 ng,U=0.000 96 ng(k=2)。结论由标准不确定度分量值可以得出,空白测量引入的不确定度较大,灵敏度测量引入的不确定度可忽略不计,这为实验室氢化物-原子荧光光度计的期间核查提供了参考。

Abstract: Objective] To evaluate the uncertainty in determination of detection limit of mercury by hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Methods] On the basis of the theory of measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression, the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation of detection limit was established, the relative standard components was analyzed, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. Results ] The report of detection limit uncertainty showed QL = 0. 0021 ng, U = 0.000 96 ng (k = 2). Conclusion] The component value of standard uncertainty shows that blank measurement contributes more to the uncertainty, while the contribution of sensitivity measurement can be negligible that provides a reference for period verification of hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer in laboratory.
