优质护理对尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者的干预效果

目的探讨优质护理在尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者中的影响。方法113名尿毒症合并心力衰竭患者随机分为一般护理组（n=65）和优质护理组（n=48），一般护理组采用基础护理方案，优质护理组采用优质护理方案，记录患者满意度、心力衰竭加重情况，量表调查其生活质量及社会支持状况。结果相比一般护理组，优质护理组患者满意度明显增高（X^2=4．361，P〈0．05），心力衰竭加重发生率下降（X^2=4．486，P〈0．05）；生活质量提高和社会支持状况显著改善（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理可以减少临床心血管事件发生、改善患者的生活质量和社会支持状况。

Intervention effect of high quality nursing on uremia patients with heart failure

Objective] To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on uremia patients with heart failure. Methods] 113 uremia patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the general nursing group （65 cases ） and the high quality nursing group （48 cases）. The general nursing group received the conventional nursing care plan, while the high quality nursing group was given the high quality nursing care plan. The patients＇satisfaction and progress of heart failure were recorded. The quality of life and status of social support were evaluated by scales. Results] Compared with the general nursing group, the patients＇ satisfaction in the high quality nursing group increased significantly （ X^2 =4.361 ,P 〈0.05）, the incidence rate of heart failure reduced significantly （X^2 = 4. 486, P 〈 0.05 }, and the quality of life and status of social support improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] The high quality nursing can reduce the incidence rate of clinical cardiovascular events, and improve the quality of life and status of social support in uremia patients with heart failure.
