| 摘 要： | 目的及时掌握其他感染性腹泻的流行病学特征,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对深圳市沙井街道2007—2010年的其他感染性腹泻发病资料采用流行病学方法进行统计和分析。结果 2007—2010年全街道共报告确诊其他感染性腹泻病例3 095例,年发病率在80.08/10万～121.52/10万之间,呈明显的秋冬季节高发特点;5岁以下,特别1岁以下的散居儿童是其他感染性腹泻的高危群体。实验室诊断病例占发病总数的88.17%,而轮状病毒感染病例占实验室诊断病例的96.04%。结论轮状病毒是影响其他感染性腹泻分布的重要因素之一,积极采取接种轮状病毒疫苗、采取广泛健康教育等措施,以降低轮状病毒性腹泻发病率是有效控制其他感染性腹泻发病的重要措施。
