前列腺液标本葡萄球菌的分离鉴定与抗菌药物的敏感试验

摘    要:目的探讨细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液标本中葡萄球菌的感染状况及对常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法对2004年1月—2006年10月间164例细菌培养阳性的前列腺液标本的细菌学检查和药敏试验进行分析。结果164份阳性标本培养分离出14个种别共计175株病原菌,金黄色葡萄球菌占60.6%,其百分比率显著高于其他病原菌,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占17.1%,居第2位;青霉素G、红霉素、白霉素对葡萄球菌耐药率为81.8%~95.1%,氟喹诺酮类对葡萄球菌耐药率为32.5%~50.0%,丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平和头孢哌酮对葡萄球菌耐药率<30%,万古霉素对葡萄球菌全部显示敏感。结论葡萄球菌是细菌性前列腺炎的最常见病原菌,对临床常用抗菌药物具有较高的耐药性,万古霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、头孢唑啉、新霉素、利福平和头孢哌酮对葡萄球菌较为敏感,可用于葡萄球菌所致前列腺炎的治疗。

Abstract:Objective]To study the infection situation of staphylococcus in the samples of succus prostaticus and the susceptivity to common antibiotics.Methods]Analysis was made on the bacteriological examination and drug sensitivity test of the samples of succus prostaticus.Results]175 pathogens were found from the 164 positive samples, 60.6% of which was Staphylococcus aureus that was significantly higher than that of other pathogens like coagulase negative staphylocous (17.1%); the drug resistance rate of penicillin G, erythromycin and albomycin was 81%~95%; that of fluoroquinolones was 33%~50%; and that of amikacin, cefazolin, mycifradin, rifampicin and cefoperazone was lower than 30%; vanomycin appeared susceptible totally to staphylococcus. Conclusion]Staphylococcus is the most common pathogen in the bacterial prostatitis and has high drug resistance to common antibiotics; amikacin, cefazolin, mycifradin, rifampicin and cefoperazone are susceptible to staphylococcus, they can be used in the treatment of prostatitis caused by staphylococcus.
