厦门市居民健康信息关注程度与获取途径分析

目的了解厦门市居民最关注的健康知识和获取健康信息的途径,为制订有效可行的健康素养传播方式提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,以入户问卷调查的方式,对厦门市4614名15～80岁常住居民进行调查。结果厦门居民最关注的健康知识依次为:饮食卫生(66.3%)、慢性病(53.8%)、传染病(53.6%)、心理疾病(50.8%)。居民获取健康知识的主要途径为:电视(75.3%)、报纸(43.2%)、义诊等户外宣传活动(31.2%)、路边宣传栏(29.5%)、电台广播(28.2%)。不同年龄组、不同文化程度居民关注的健康知识及对健康信息获取途径的利用不同。结论不同年龄、文化与职业背景的居民关注不同健康信息,获取信息的途径也不同,应有针对性地制定有效可行的健康信息传播策略。

Analysis of public health knowledge access mode and the attention degree in Xiamen

Objective To understand health related knowledge which the residents wanted to know in Xiamen City and their access to get health information,and provide scientific basis for effective and feasible health literacy measures.Methods By using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 4614 residents aged 15-80 years old in Xiamen City.Results Health knowledge which the residents were most concerned about were：food safety（66.3%）,chronic disease（53.8%）,infectious diseases（53.6%）,mental health（50.8%）.The main ways of residents to obtain health knowledge information：TV（75.3%）,newspapers（43.2%）,free consulting and other outdoor activities（31.2%）,roadside billboards（29.5%）,radio（28.2%）.The content and access ways of health knowledge information were different among different education level and different age groups.Conclusion Different age,educational level and occupational background of residents concerned about the different health information and had different access way.Targeted effective health communication strategy should be developed.
