2004-2012年我国4省（自治区）HIV感染孕产妇检测前后咨询状况及咨询满意度调查

目的了解我国HIV感染孕产妇对艾滋病病毒自愿咨询检测（VCT）服务的满意度。方法采用多阶段横断面调查，对2004～2012年我国河南、云南、新疆和广西4省（自治区）7个艾滋病高发地区确诊的所有HIV感染孕产妇1367例进行问卷调查，数据采用趋势x2检验分析不同年度变化趋势。结果HIV感染孕产妇中，49．31％接受过检测前咨询，95．68％的孕产妇接受过检测后咨询。2004-2012年检测前咨询比例由35．16％升至72．09％，检测后咨询比例由89．01％升至100％。2004年检测前咨询“非常满意”度为0，2012年比例为48．39％；检测后咨询“非常满意或满意”度从2004年的87．65％上升至2012年的100％，检测前、后满意度均呈逐年上升趋势，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论HIV感染孕产妇对艾滋病检测前咨询服务的利用仍然较低，医务人员提供咨询服务的技巧和质量有待提高。

Satisfaction survey on HIV infected pregnant women utilization of HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing, 2004 -2012

Objective To learn the satisfaction degree of HIV pregnant women utilization of HIV Voluntary Coun- seling and Testing （VCT）. Methods The multi-staged cross sectional study design was used to collect information. 1367 pregnant women in 7 counties from Henan, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Guangxi provinces were recruited in the survey. The HIV pregnant women were investigated by the questionnaire which included social characters, HIV testing, pre-test counseling, post-test counseling and related satisfaction degree, etc. CMHx2 was applied to analysis the trend of pre- or post-test counseling rate and change of HIV infected pregnant women satisfaction on counseling. Results Only 49. 31% of HIV infected pregnant women received pre-test counseling, and 95.68% of them received post-test counseling. In 2004 -2012, the rates of pre-test and post-test counseling were raised from 35.16%, 89. 01% to 72. 09% and 100% respectively. In 2004, none of the women was ＂very satisfied＂ with the pre-test counseling, and the ratio was raised to 48.39% in 2012. The ratio of ＂very satisfied or satisfied＂ with the post-test counseling was also increasing from 87.65% in 2004 to 100% in 2012. Conclusion HIV infected pregnant women utilization of HIV VCT was still low, and the counseling skills and quality of the service delivery need to be improved.
