| 摘 要： | 目的了解南通市家栖鼠VKORC1基因与其抗药性之间的关系。方法提取鼠尾组织DNA,用PCR法扩增属VKORC1基因,与Genbank收录的该基因序列进行比对,确定该基因的突变情况。结果南通市家栖鼠的抗药性与其VKORC1基因突变关联度不大,有可能是其他原因造成的。结论南通市抗性鼠与非抗性鼠之间VKORC1基因没有氨基酸残基突变,但有SNP现象发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between VKORC1 gene and anticoagulant resistance in com- mensal rodents in Nantong city. Methods VKORC1 genes in comensal rodents in Nantong city were amplified and assayed. Results The link between VKORC1 gene mutation and commensal rodentg anticoagulant resistance was not found. Conduslon There are only SNPs found in VOLRC1 of anticoagulant resistant rodents of Nantong city, without causing amino acid mutation. |
