Management of Employed Staff in Our Hospital

With the continuous reform of the human resource management system of military hospitals, how to strengthen the management of staff especially of employed staff has became an important task for the manager. From the aspects as the employing standard, employment system, examination management, welfare treatment and so on, the author discussed the measures to strengthen the construction of employed staff in the new situation, stimulate their working enthusiasm and creative power to realize rapid, sustainable and multi - dimensional development of military hospital.
