聘用制人员管理初探

摘    要:随着军队医院人力资源管理体制的不断改革,加强对工作人员尤其是聘用制人员的管理,使其成为医疗队伍建设的主力军已逐渐成为一项重要的研究课题。本文通过对聘用标准、聘用制度、考核管理、福利待遇等分析,研究探讨新形势下加强聘用制队伍建设,激发其工作热情和创造力,以实现军队医院的快速、持续和多维化发展。

Abstract:With the continuous reform of the human resource management system of military hospitals, how to strengthen the management of staff especially of employed staff has became an important task for the manager. From the aspects as the employing standard, employment system, examination management, welfare treatment and so on, the author discussed the measures to strengthen the construction of employed staff in the new situation, stimulate their working enthusiasm and creative power to realize rapid, sustainable and multi - dimensional development of military hospital.
