为探讨加强医疗设备的成本管理和经济核算，作在医疗设备管理中引入虚拟产品工序流程概念，突出了人的因素，从以物为中心的管理转变到以人为本的管理；建立了单机效绩评价和综合效益评价的数学模型，对医疗设备的实用价值增值量，增值率及综合管理效益进行了评价，增强了医疗设备经济效益管理的可操作性。

Innovative Management of Medical Equipments in Hospital

To discuss the way enforcing the cost management and economic accounting of the medical equipment, the authors introduced the concept of the working procedure circuit of the fictitious producers into the medical equipment management. The equipment based management was transferred into the apparatus operators based management and the subjective factor was considered as a central role. The mathematical models for evaluating the single apparatus effect and achievement, and comprehensive benefit were established. The size and rate of the practical value increment of the medical equipment and its comprehensive benefit was appraised by the mathematical models, therefore, the practicability of the economic benefit administration of the medical equipment was enhanced.
