军队专科医院护士专业化培训的探索与实践

目的：探讨军队专科医院护士专业化培训的方法。方法：采用以岗位需求为导向,以ICU培训为核心、辅以骨干护士轮转培训的方法进行护士专业化培训,分析培训前后专业理论与技能考试成绩、危重症抢救成功率及患者满意度。结果：培训后护士的专业理论与技能考试成绩、危重症抢救成功率及患者满意度比培训前明显提高。结论：护士专业化培训方法切合本院实际情况,提高了护士专业素质,缓解了护理人力资源短缺的矛盾并激发了护士的工作积极性。

Nurse Specialized Training in Military Specialized Hospital

Objective： To explore the method of nurse specialized training in military specialized hospitals. Methods： The nurses were trained by the specialized training method which met clinical work need and combined ICU training, mainly with training of capable nurses in turn. The scores of specialized theory and skills examination, the rate of successfully rescuing severe patients and the satisfactory ratio of patients in pre - training and post training were analyzed. Results： The scores of specialized theory and skills, the rate of successfully rescuing severe patients and the satisfactory ratio of patients in post training were higher than those in pre - training. Conclusion： The method of nurse specialized training is fit with the actualities of the hospital, with which the specialized qualities of nurses can be improved.
