| 摘 要： | 随着现代医院管理制度的普及,许多医院都相继设立了管理会计系统,管理会计在帮助医院预测前景、规划未来、科学决策、控制和评价各责任单位经济活动等方面的作用已越来越被人们所重视。本文以浙江省某医院为例,探讨了管理会计在医院运营中所起的作用并提出建议。
