泌尿外科护理 OEC 管理模式探索

目的：总结 OEC 管理模式在泌尿外科开展以来所取得的临床效果。方法2014年7月—2015年6月，在某医院泌尿外科实施 OEC 管理模式，其内容包括确定护理工作目标的责任体系、建立护理工作的日清体系和激励机制。通过对比实施前后患者护理工作的满意度以及护理工作质量，验证 OEC 管理模式在临床上应用的效果。结果 OEC 管理模式实施后，各项护理工作质量指标（整体护理能力、病区管理能力、基础护理能力和护理文书管理）平均得分高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；患者对护理工作认同满意率高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论 OEC 管理模式可促进临床护理工作实行更加统筹的精细化和目标化管理，进而提高临床护理质量与患者的满意度。

Exploration of OEC Management Mode in Nursing Management of Urinary Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of implementing OEC management mode in nursing manage -ment of urinary surgery.Methods OEC management mode was applied in nursing management in the Department of Urology of the 187th Hospital of PLA, by explicating responsibility system of nursing work and establishing daily nursing work system and incentive mechanism .The quality and patients’satisfaction rate of nursing were compared before and after the implementation of the mode .Results Average scores of nursing work quality indexes (the overall nursing ability, department management ability , basic nursing ability and nursing document management ) after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation (P <0.01).Patients’satisfaction rate of nursing after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation (P <0.05).Conclusion OEC management mode can realize objective and elaborate management of clinical nursing and improve the quality of nursing work and patients’satisfaction.
