关于构建我国灾备训练模式的探讨

本文从我军卫生系统在“5．12”特大地震医疗救援中所获得经验出发，根据笔者在本次救援行动中的亲身经历和所发现的一些实际问题，在分析灾难与战争医学救援的不同特点基础上，探讨构建我国灾备训练模式的五个要点：建设联合组织指挥体系、增加针对灾备工作的训练内容、提高新装备规范化操作能力训练、增加卫勤信息化系统运用的训练内容和着力加强应急机动能力训练。对未来我军灾备训练模式的构建具有借鉴意义。

Construction of Training Mode of Disaster Preparedness

The article is based on the experience summary of military health system during the medical rescue of the heavy earthquake on May 12.Based on the personal experience reflection and the characteristics analysis of disasters and wartime medical rescue,the author put forward five key points on the construction of training mode of disaster preparedness.These points are as follows: setting up united commanding system,adding training contents on the disaster preparedness,enhancing the training level of standard operation of new equipments,increasing the training contents on information system utilization,strengthening the mobile ability training of disposing of emergency.All these can provide some references for the construction of disaster preparedness training mode.
