医院对中毒事故救治工作准备的探讨

本文就医院在国内外军事变革、军事斗争和恐怖活动日益激烈的新形势下，如何做好中毒事故救治准备工作，从“四个适应需要”，即适应军事斗争卫勤准备的需要、适应反恐怖斗争的需要、适应处置突发事件的需要、适应医疗机构建设的需要，重点阐述了进行中毒事故应急救治准备的重要性。为做好中毒事故救治准备，提出“抓好四个方面”的实施办法，即抓好预案、抓好装备、抓好设施、抓好训练。同时，就如何做好医院中毒事故救治准备工作，应该从“三个方面”把握问题，即要充分认清现实状况与未来需要的差距，要正确处理医疗市场和卫勤应急的关系，要妥善处理日常工作和卫勤训练的关系。使医院中毒应急救治工作做到组织、制度、人员、技术、装备“五落实”，以适应中毒事故应急医学救治的需要。

Preparation for Poisoning Treatment of Hospital

Under the new circumstance in which the military-reform at home and abroad, warfare, confliction and terrorism becoming more and more severer, how to prepare for poisoning treatment becomes a new problem for us. This article elaborates the significance of this work and points out how to prepare for it well, we should pay attention to four aspects such as preparatory plans, treatment equipments, medical facilities, and trainings. Meanwhile, we should deal with three relations including relations between current situation and further demand, relations between medical treatment market and medical emergencies, relations between daily work and medical training. After doing all these preparations, five factors of the system of treating and curing poisoning emergency including organization, system, staff, technology and equipment will be put into effect to match the need of the work.
