| Abstract: | Objective:To approach how to enhance the nursing management by use of crisis management.Methods:To build up interior management mechanism and induct crisis management to the nursing management.Results: The practice prevented and controlled crisis effectively and enhanced the credit and benefit of hospital and department.Conclusions: The application of crisis management can enhance the quality of nursing management. |
