盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对肺癌合并肺部感染患者症状及体征的改善效果分析

目的 探讨肺癌合并肺部感染患者辅助应用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,对其咳嗽、咳痰等症状的改善效果.方法 选取2018年1-12月在辽宁省人民医院治疗的74例肺癌合并肺部感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例.观察组给予敏感菌抗生素抗感染+盐酸氨溴索口服+盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,对照组仅采用敏感菌抗生素抗感染+盐酸氨溴索口服治疗.比较两组治疗前及治疗后7 d炎性指标和血气分析指标水平,以及咳嗽、咳痰等相关症状及体征改善情况.结果 治疗后7 d,观察组炎性指标和血气分析指标水平均优于对照组,咳嗽、咳痰等症状改善时间和治疗时间均短于对照组,两组上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于肺癌合并肺部感染患者,在常规盐酸氨溴索口服及抗菌素治疗基础上联用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入,有利于快速改善患者咳嗽、咳痰等症状及炎症反应,利于疾病转归.

Therapeutic Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Aerosol Inhalation on Symptom and Sign in Patients with Lung Cancer Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation on cough and expectoration in patients with lung cancer complicated by pulmonary infection.Methods Seventy-four lung cancer patients with pulmonary infection hospitalized from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group was given conventional antibiotic treatment combined with oral ambroxol hydrochloride or ambroxol hydrochloride in halation,and the control group was only treated with conventional antibiotics combined with oral ambroxol hydrochloride.The levels of indicators for inflammation and blood gas analysis and related symptoms and signs,such as cough and expectoration,were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the inflammation markers and blood gas indicators were significantly better than control group,and the relief of symptom and sign in experimental group,including cough and expectoration,were significantly faster than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional oral ambroxol and antibiotic treatment combined with ambroxol inhalation is beneficial to rapidly improve the symptoms such as cough,expectoration and inflammatory reaction in patients with lung cancer and pulmonary infection,which is helpful to disease outcome.
