长沙市区学龄前儿童生长发育和营养状况评价

目的了解长沙市区学龄前儿童生长发育和营养状况,为改善儿童营养状况、促进生长发育提供依据。方法采用两阶段分层整群抽样法,抽取长沙市区4所幼儿园的608名儿童进行身高、体重测量和血红蛋白测定,采用Z评分法进行营养状况评价。结果儿童生长发育接近全国城市儿童平均水平。贫血患病率为5.8%;生长迟缓率为2.5%,显著低于全国5岁以下城市儿童生长迟缓率。低体重和消瘦率分别为2.3%和2.1%,长期营养较差者占1.9%;超重和肥胖者达到10.2%和6.9%,显著高于全国儿童平均水平。结论长沙市区学龄前儿童体格发育良好,但仍面临着肥胖和营养不良双重问题。

Physical Development and Nutritional Status of Preschool Children in Changsha City

Objective To study the physical development and nutritional status of preschool children in Changsha City, and to provide bases for improving children's nutrition status and promote the growth and development. Methods A stratified two-stage cluster sampling was adopted. Four kindergartens were selected, and 608 preschool children were recruited. Their height and weight were measures and hemoglobin content was determined. Z score was adopted to evaluate nutritional status. Results The growth and development of children got close to the national level of urban children; the anemia ration was 5.8%. The prevalence of stunning was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than the national level. The prevalence rates of underweight athrepsy were 2.3% and 2.1%,and 1.9% of children were long-term nutritional deficiency.The morbidities of overweight and obesity reached 10.2% and 6.9%, which were significantly higher than the national average. Conclusion The physical development of 608 children in Changsha is relatively better, but facing double problems coming from obesity and malnutrition.
