摘    要:本文对我国附设性医学科研机构按其科研能力运用“医学科研机构科研能力评估指标体系”中三级指标(72项)进行了聚类分析。分类结果:附设性医学科研机构科研能力分为较高、高,中、低四大类。对各类进行了再聚类分析找到各类的典型代表,通过对各类典型代表的分析找出各类的特点。同时应用逐步判别分析方法筛选出30项对分类有意义的指标,井依此用判别分析方法建立了评价医学科研机构属于何种类型的判别模型。根据以上的分类结果及评估数学模型,能够综合地评价科研机构的科研能力(包括科研潜力、科研管理能力及科研成果与效益)的大小。为科研机构进行目标管理、增强竞争意识提供自检手段,为国家管理部门提供可靠的量化分类依据。

Abstract:The cluster analysis of subsidiary medical science and research organizations (SMSRO), based on the third-graded 72 indexes in the in- dex system of evaluation of the scientific research ability of MSRO, was carried out in this paper. The classification results were as follows; SMSRO were divided into 4 groups (higher,high,middle and low). The characteristics of each group were found out by comparison the ones of the typical units which were sifted by means of re- cluster analysis in each group. The discriminant models, which were ultilized to classify the MSRO, composed of 30 indexes which were si Red from 72 indexed by stepwise discriminant analysis based on. their significance to the clas- sification, were established. The scientific rese- arch ability (scientific research potentiality, management ability, achievements and benefit) of the MSRO can be evaluated comprehensively according to the above classification results and evaluation mathematical models,this study pro- vides a means of self-measure and target man- agement for the MSRO and also a quantitative classification base for the national government.
