接触有机氟作业工人尿ALP活性测定

摘    要:对183名接触有机氟作业工人进行了尿ALP活性测定,结果表明长期接触有机氟作业工人尿ALP活性明显高于非接氟作业的对照组。女性工人尿ASP活性显著高于男性,不同工种间尿ALP活性也存在差异,聚合和推管工段工人尿ALP活性高于单体工段。但不同年龄、不同工龄尿ALP活性未见明显差异。结果提示长期接触有机氟作业可对工人肾脏产生一定损害。

Abstract:The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities in urine in 183 workers exposed to organicfluoride were detemined. The results showedthat the urinary ALP activities in workersexposed to organic fluoride for 1 to more than20 years were significantly higher than theseof non-exposed control group. The urinaryALP activities in female workers were signifi-cantly higher than that of male workers. Sig-nificant differences in ALP activities were fo-und among different types of work. The ALPactivities in urine showed no change amongthe different ages or the different periods ofservice. The results indicated that the long-term exposure to organic fluoride might causekidney damage of the workers.
