足部固定器治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎的有效性研究

目的:分析足部固定器治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎的有效性,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法:择取2020年1月12日~2021年5月12日就诊于复旦大学附属金山医院的86例嵌甲性甲沟炎患者为研究对象,实验使用足部固定器对患者开展治疗,分析结果。结果:在所有患者中,对于治疗满意者共计70例(81.40%),较满意者12例(13.95%)、不满意者4例(4.65%)。患者经治疗后,复发共计20例,疾病复发率为23.26%。有6例患者治疗后感觉轻微疼痛、4例轻微瘙痒,并发症发生率为11.63%。和干预前相比,干预后患者的行走疼痛感和静息疼痛感VAS分数明显更低,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:针对于嵌甲型甲沟炎患者来讲,使用足部固定器治疗疾病能取得满意成效,该法有助于缓解患者静息疼痛评分、行走疼痛评分,不良反应发生率低。

Effectiveness of Foot Fixator in the Treatment of Ingrown Toenail Paronychia

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of foot fixator in the treatment of ingrown toenail paronychia,and to provide references for related researchers.Methods:86 patients with ingrown paronychia in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 12,2020 to May 12,2021 were selected as the research objects,and the foot fixator was used to treat the patients,and the results were analyzed.Results:In all patients,70 cases(81.40%)were satisfied with the treatment,12 cases(13.95%)were satisfied with the treatment,and 4 cases(4.65%)were dissatisfied with the treatment.After treatment,20 cases recurred,and the recurrence rate was 23.26%.There were 6 patients with mild pain and 4 patients with mild pruritus after treatment.The incidence of complications was 11.63%.Compared with before intervention,the VAS scores of walking pain and resting pain of patients after intervention were significantly lower,and there was statistical difference between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with embedded paronychia,the use of foot fixator in the treatment of disease can achieve satisfactory results,this method is helpful to relieve patients’resting pain score,walking pain score,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
