呼吸机不同机械通气方法治疗小儿呼吸衰竭的研究进展

小儿呼吸衰竭是临床上较为常见的一类儿科呼吸系统重症疾病,也是导致婴幼儿死亡的重要原因。小儿呼吸衰竭大多由吸道梗阻、肺实质病变和呼吸肌异常所致。患儿表现为低氧血症,或合并高碳酸血症。临床对于小儿呼吸衰竭往往需要进行机械通气辅助呼吸改善患儿通气或换气功能,提高患儿体内氧和水平。对于不同呼吸衰竭类型,需要不同的器械通气方法,本文对小儿呼吸衰竭呼吸机不同通气方法进行综述,以期为临床小儿呼吸衰竭机械通气治疗提供一定的参考。

Research Progress on Different Mechanical Ventilation Methods of Ventilator for Children with Respiratory Failure

Pediatric respiratory failure is a clinically common type of severe pediatric respiratory disease,and it is also an important cause of infant death.Respiratory failure in children is mostly caused by obstruction of the airways,pulmonary parenchymal disease and abnormalities of the respiratory muscles.Children presented with hypoxemia,or with hypercapnia.Clinically,for respiratory failure in children,mechanical ventilation is often needed to assist breathing to improve the ventilation or ventilation function of children,and to increase oxygen and levels in children.For different types of respiratory failure,different device ventilation methods are required.This article reviews the different ventilation methods of pediatric respiratory failure ventilator,in order to provide a certain reference for clinical pediatric respiratory failure mechanical ventilation treatment.
