摘    要:医患信息交流由于双方特殊的服务性质具有专业性与综合性、不对称性与不可替代性、公益性与有偿性等特点,目前医患信息交流不甚理想,建议通过增强政府服务职能、发挥医院主导作用、提高群众知识素质及扩大企业参与,畅通医患信息交流渠道,提高医疗服务质量,更好地为大众健康服务。

Abstract:The communication between hospital and patients had its characteristic like specialization and synthesis, asymmetry and indispensability, commonweal and productiveness. At present, there are some problems in the communication between hospital and patients. We suggest that we must strengthen government function, hospital dominant, popularize knowledge and corporation assistance in order to open the comunicaton channel and improve medical quality.
