摘    要:目的:分析负压封闭引流(VSD)装置在创面治疗中的操作技术难点,探讨其解决方案。方法:采用文献检索的方法评阅近10年来VSD术中适应证及其操作技术的研究进展,结合自身实践分析影响VSD装置临床应用效果的主要因素、技术难点和存在的不足,并梳理出相应的解决方案。结果:VSD操作技术难点聚焦在颌面、会阴、皮片移植、创面植皮等特殊部位的封闭技术和引流负压值设置两方面。采用特殊贴膜技术、及时更换VSD装置以及适时调整负压值等措施,可有效提高VSD临床疗效。结论:VSD技术的有效使用应密切结合临床实际,注重适应证的应用扩展,有效应用贴膜技术及压力控制。

Study on analysis and solution of technical difficulties of the operation of VSD device

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the technical difficulties of the operation of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)device and discuss the solutions of them.Methods:The research progress of indications and operation technique of VSD devices in recent 10 years were reviewed by using literature review method.The main factors,technical difficulties and existing disadvantages that affected the clinical application effects were analyzed by combining with self-practice.And then,the corresponding solutions were further sorted.Results:The technical difficulties of VSD device operation focused on the two aspects included the sealing technique and the setting of negative pressure value of drainage for special parts such as maxillofacial region,perineum,skin transplantation and skin-grafting of wound.The clinical efficacy of VSD can be effectively improved by adopting special filmed technique,replacing VSD in time and adjusting negative pressure value timely.Conclusion:The effective use of VSD technique should closely combine with clinical practice,and pay attention to the application expansion of indications,and the effective application of filmed technique and pressure control.
