浅谈检验设备的科学管理与维护

目的:确保医院检验科设备为临床提供可靠的诊断依据;使设备的运转安全准确;提高设备维修管理人员对检验设备的科学管理与维护保养工作的能力.方法:从多年实际工作中总结出对检验设备的科学管理方法和经验,结合相关管理理论加以系统总结整理,用于指导工作实践.结果:在实际工作中运用系统的管理方法和经验,为医院节省大量维修时间和经费.结论:检验设备维修管理方法要不断深入创新,对检验设备进行有效的科学管理、维护和保养,可提高医院的社会效益和经济效益.

Discussion on scientific management and maintenance of test equipment

Objective： Medical laboratory equipment provides reliable evidence for the clinical diagnosis, so they are important in the hospital. For equipment maintenance, in order to ensure the normal operation of equipment safely and accurately, we should strengthen the scientific management and maintenance. Methods： From years of practical work, we summed up some experience with related methods, writings, systematically summarized for guiding practice. Results： In practice, we should employ systemic management methods and experience to save a large amount of funds for the hospital. Conclusion： Further innovation should be made for maintaining methods of the equipments. Meanwhile, effective and scientific management can save a lot of money for the hospital.
