优质护理服务在急诊观察区的实践与效果评价

目的探讨优质护理服务在急诊观察区的开展对护士的影响。方法构建急诊观察区优质护理服务工作模式．具体方法包括：完善制度、规范流程、调整排班，建立护士岗位责任制、护士管床制、护士长或护理组长带班制，跟从教授晨查房及简化护理文书。开展前后对护士管床数、交接班时间、护记书写时间、护士工作满意度及护理缺陷数进行调查统计。结果实施优质护理服务后，护士主管床位数、交班所需的时间、护理书写时间均较实施前明显减少，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；护士对医护关系满意，护理缺陷例数下降，所有护士对现行的工作模式表示认同。结论急诊观察区开展优质护理服务能减轻护士工作负担、提高护理质量并减少了护理护理缺陷发生，同时护士工作的满意度高，有利于促进护患、医护关系的和谐。

Application and Evaluation of High-Quality Nursing in the Emergency Observation Department

Objective To evaluate the clinical impact of the application of high-quality nursing in the emergency observation department. Methods A specialized work mode of high-quality nursing was built up for the emergency observation department. The measures included improvement of the system, standardizing the procedures, resetting the schedule, establishing the nurse-post-responsibility and bed-responsibility, regarding the head nurse as the shift supervisor, taking part in the morning ward round of doctors and simplifying the nurse document. A survey for the nurses was carried out 1 year after the application of the specialized work mode to evaluate its clinical influences. Results The specialized work mode was successfully built up. According to the survey, the beds responsible for each nurse, as well as the time spent on shift exchanging and nurse document writing, were significantly less than before. The doctor-nurse relationship became better and the nurse defects were less. The new work mode was approved of by all the nurses. Conclusions Application of the high-quality nursing in the emergency observation department can effectively reduce the nursing burden, improve the nursing quality and lead to the decrease of the nursing defects. It would contribute to the harmonious relationship among nurses, doctors and patients.
