摘    要:目的了解我院18个月血培养中分离菌株的构成比及耐药情况.方法患者血培养标本经BacT/Alerti 120血培养仪培养,分离所得菌株用法国生物梅里埃API系统进行鉴定和K-B法做药敏.结果在1 821份标本中,分离菌株246株,阳性率为13.5%,其中革兰阴性菌占32%,革兰阳性菌占37%,念珠菌属占31%.结论对血培养中分离菌株进行耐药性监测很有必要.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the constituent ratio of the isolated bacteria of blood culture in recent 18 months and their resistance. METHODS Blood culture of patients in our hospital was performed by BacT/Alert 120 and the isolated bacteria were identified by API identified tests(API Inc,France).In addition antibiotics sensitivity test by Kirby-Bauer(K-B) as evaluated. RESULTS Of the specimens in 1 821 cases,there were 246 strains (13.5%) with positive culture including 82 Gram-negative bacteria strains(32%),91 Gram-positive bacteria strains(37%), and 73 Candida strains(31%). CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to monitor the resistance of the isolated bacteria of blood culture.
