上海市嘉定区手术室护士职业认同及工作满意度与离职倾向的关系

摘    要:目的探讨手术室护士职业认同、工作满意度与离职倾向的关系。方法抽取上海市嘉定区3所医院162名手术室护士作为调查对象,发放个人信息量表、职业认同量表、工作满意度量表及离职倾向量表,分析各量表调查结果及相关性。结果护士离职倾向评分各维度得分率为56.50%~71.13%,处于中等水平。工作满意度总评分为(67.07±21.10)分,得分率为60.9%处于中等水平。职业认同总评分为(30.33±1.40)分,得分率为75.83%处于中上等水平。相关分析显示,职业认同各维度(领导力、技能、灵活性、沟通、满意度)与离职倾向总分均呈负相关(P<0.05);工作满意度各维度与离职倾向总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士职业认同、工作满意度与离职倾向呈负相关。提升职业认同感及工作满意度,可降低离职率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between occupational identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention of operating room nurses.Methods 162 operating room nurses from 3 hospitals in Jiading District,Shanghai were selected as the subjects of the survey.Personal information scale,professional identity scale,job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale were used to collect the related information.Results The score rate of nurses’dimission intention score in all dimensions was 56.50%~71.13%,which was at the medium level.The overall evaluation of job satisfaction was(67.07±2 1.10),with a score of60.9%at the medium level.The total score of professional identity was(30.33±1.40),and the score rate was 75.83%.Correlation analysis showed that all dimensions of professional identity(leadership,skills,flexibility,communication,satisfaction)were negatively correlated with the total score of turnover intention(P<0.05).All dimensions of job satisfaction were negatively correlated with the total score of turnover intention(P<0.05).Conclusions There was a negative correlation between occupational identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention of operating room nurses.Improving professional identity and job satisfaction can reduce the turnover rate.
