| 摘 要： | 通过对近一年集团医院部分医疗设备联合采购新模式的探索与实践,初步总结出一套适合本机构本部门的采购流程和采购规范,同时对其中存在的问题进行多方面分析与讨论,并在今后的实践中不断完善,不断优化。

| Abstract: | Summarizes the formulation of the medical equipment bulk purchase process and policy through one year's experience on the bulk purchase for the parts of equipment within the hospital group.Analyzes and discusses at the same time the problems existing in the bulk purchase,which will be perfected and improved in the future. |
