骨科感染标本的病原学分析

摘    要:目的:了解骨科感染性标本的病原学分布及耐药性,指导临床合理选择抗感染药物。方法:回顾性调查2054份骨科标本的病原菌组成及其耐药性。结果:2054份骨科标本中,总阳性标本889份,阳性率43.2%;共分离到各种病原菌986株,其中革兰阴性菌545株,占55.3%,革兰阳性菌376株,占38.1%,真菌65株,占6.6%;金黄色葡萄球菌,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)和铜绿假单胞菌是引起骨科各种伤口感染的主要病原菌,且各种病原菌的耐药性各不相同。结论:骨科感染性标本的病原菌分布广泛,且耐药特性各异,临床应根据微生物培养及抗菌药物敏感性结果合理使用抗感染药物。
