淄博市6类食品中铅含量调查与分析

摘    要:目的:了解山东省淄博市所售6类食品中铅污染现状。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对样品中铅含量进行测定。结果:淄博市所售6类食品中铅的检出率为85.4%,合格率为98.8%。结论:需进一步加强食品中铅污染监测力度,保护消费者身体健康。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the lead contamination in the 6 kinds of health foods in Zibo,Shandong province.Methods:A method for determination of lead in samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS) was established.Results:The results showed that the detection rate of Pb was 85.4%,and the total qualified rate of lead level in samples was 98.8%.Conclusion:In order to protect health of consumers,it is necessary to further strengthen the monitoring of lead in food contamination.
