产后抑郁症的发生率及其心理社会因素研究

目的 :调查产后抑郁症的发生率以及相关的心理社会因素。方法 :采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表 ( Edinburgh PostnatalDepression Scale,EPDS)对 4 2 7例产后 4～ 6周妇女的抑郁状态进行调查 ,相关的心理社会因素用 logistic回归模型分析。结果 :产后抑郁症的发生率为 7.3% ( 31/ 4 2 7) ;产后缺乏社会支持、孕期抑郁情绪、过低或过高的家庭收入与产后抑郁症密切相关。结论 :心理社会因素对产后抑郁症发生的影响不容忽视

Prospective study on occurrence of postnatal depression and its psychosocial risk factors

Objective:To estimate the prevalence of postnatal depression (PPD) and to identify the psychosocial risk factors associated with postnatal depression.Methods:A prospective cohort study was carried out in three hospitals in Chengdu, China, between July 1998 and January 1999. A total of 427 subjects were selected. The edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS) was used to estimate the screening prevalence of postnatal depression at 4~6 weeks postpartum, and logistic regression modeling was used to identify the psychosocial risk factors associated with postnatal depression.Results:The prevalence of depression at 4~6 weeks postpartum was 7.3%. Poor social support in postpartum, pregnancy depression, and high or low family income increased the probability of postnatal depression.Conclusion:The influence of psychosocial factors on the occurrence of postnatal depression should not be overlooked.
