宫颈癌前病变与HPV感染型别和病毒载量的相关性研究

目的:探究宫颈癌前病变与HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)感染型别和病毒载量的相关性。方法:选择2008～2012年在苏州大学附属第一医院就诊的100例患者,经HPV检测、电子阴道镜检查和组织病理学检测确诊为无子宫颈上皮内病变者32例,CNⅠ-Ⅲ患者35例,宫颈癌患者33例。采用实时荧光定量PCR对所有患者进行HPV-DNA分型和病毒载量检测。结果:高危型HPV感染患者在宫颈癌前病变组和宫颈癌组的比例都明显高于无子宫上皮内病变组(P<0.05);随着病情加重,患者的病毒载量也呈增加趋势,但各组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌与感染高危型HPV有着明显的相关性,而与病毒载量的相关性不明显。

Study on correlation between cervical precancerous lesion and HPV types and viral load

Objective:To explore the correlation between cervical precancerous lesion and human papillomavirus(HPV) types and viral load.Methods:One hundred patients who were treated in the hospital from 2008 to 2012 were selected,after HPV detection,electronic colposcopy,and histopathological examination,32 patients were not diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial lesion(CIN),35 patients were diagnosed as CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ,and 33 patients were diagnosed as cervical cancer.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect HPV-DNA types and viral load.Results:The proportions of patients infected by high risk HPV in cervical precancerous lesion group and cervical cancer group were statistically significantly higher than that in non-CIN group(P<0.05);viral load showed an increasing trend with aggravation of the disease,but there was no statistically significant difference among different groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was a significantly positive correlation between cervical precancerous lesion,cervical cancer and high risk HPV infection,but its correlation with viral load is not obvious.
