改良阴式筋膜内子宫切除术的术式探讨

目的:寻找损伤小、操作简单易行的阴式子宫切除术式。方法:通过对35例子宫良性病变需行阴式子宫全切术的患者进行术式改良,采用后穹隆倒转子宫,行次全子宫切除术,用Leep挖除颈管内组织,并与传统阴式全子宫切除术式进行对照。结果:改良术式操作简单,出血少(P<0.05),损伤小,并发症少,术后病率低(P<0.05)。结论:改良术式既增加了阴式子宫切除术的安全性和易行性,又符合微创理念,值得临床推广应用。

Study the surgery on the improved intrafascial vaginal hysterectomy
