二甲双胍、达英-35对PCOS患者内分泌的影响

目的:探讨二甲双胍、达英-35及两者合用对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)临床症状及内分泌指标的影响。方法:将49例受试者随机分为3组,A组(二甲双胍组)15例,B组(达英-35组)18例,C组(二甲双胍与达英-35联合组)16例,治疗3个月后,观察临床症状及内分泌指标的改善情况。结果:3种治疗方法在改善临床症状方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二甲双胍治疗后FSH升高(P<0.05),3组治疗后均有LH、T、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR不同程度的降低,联合用药效果明显(P<0.01)。结论:二甲双胍、达英-35及两者联合治疗PCOS均有效,联合用药有协同作用。

Study on effect of metformin,diane-35 on women with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To study the effects of metformin,Diane-35 on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Forty-nine women with PCOS were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with metformin,Diane-35 independently and metformin combined with Diane-35 for three months.Body mass index(BMI),the situation of menstruation cycle,the degree of acne,Ferriman-Gallwey score,as well as gonadotropine(FSH,LH),testosterone(T),fasting insuline and HOMA-IR were measured in all patients before and after treatment.The results were compared among the three groups.Results:After three months of treatment,all clinic symptoms like acne,hirsutism,cyclic menses,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate were improved in all groups.The FSH level was increased significantly in metformin group,LH,testosterone,fasting insuline levels and HOMA-IR were decreased in different degrees in three groups,espesially in the combination group.Conclusion:Metformin and Diane-35 are effective on patients with PCOS,especially when combined use of metformin and Diane-35.
