使用ROC曲线分析肥胖指标对高血压患病预警的回顾性研究

目的分析不同肥胖指标在预测高血压工作特征曲线下的面积，比较4项指标的预测价值，找出最优的预测方式。方法调查社区中老年人高血压发病率，测量体重、身高、腰围和臀围4项指标，绘制ROC曲线，计算曲线下面积。结果体质指数在4项指标中的曲线下面积最大，为0．6992。在控制腰臀比的情况下，体质指数的预测价值更高，腰臀比〈0．9组的体质指数曲线下面积为0．7399。结论在控制腰臀比的情况下，体质指数对高血压的预测价值更高。

Restrospective Study on Applicating ROC Curve Analysis of Different Obesity Indices in Predicting in Hypertension

OBJECTIVE To analyze the different obesity indices in predicting the characteristics of hypertension the area under the curve, the predictive value of several index comparison, find out the best way to forecast. METHODS To investigate the community elderly hypertension incidence, measurement of body weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference four index, ROC curve drawing, calculating the area under the curve. RESULTS The area under the curve of body mass index in the four indicators in the maximum is 0.699 2, with control of waist hip ratio, body mass index and higher predictive value, area of body mass index curve waist hip ratio is less than 0.9 sets to 0.739 9. CONCLUTION In the control of waist hip ratio, body mass index value has high- er predictor in predicting hypertension.
