2006-2008年广州市海珠区无业妇女妇女病普查情况分析

目的了解无业妇女的妇女病发病和普查情况，为制订有效干预措施提供依据。方法对广州市海珠区2006--2008年无业妇女妇女病普查普治情况进行分析。结果23731名无业妇女检出妇女病11146人，患病率为47．0％，患病率呈逐年增高趋势；其中，乳腺疾病在妇女病普查中占首位，乳腺增生患病率为52．9％；在生殖器官炎症中，宫颈糜烂连续3年占首位，患病率为21．0％；乳腺癌8例，宫颈癌2例，子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌各1例，宫颈脱落细胞涂片CIN—Ⅲ23例。结论掌握弱势群体妇女病的发病趋势和防治现状，制订相应干预措施，促进和提高无业下岗妇女的生殖健康水平。

Analysis of Women's Disease Survey of Unemployed Women in Haizhu District, Guangzhou

OBJECTIVE In order to formulate effective interventions provide a basis for prevention and control measures a census of the incidence of women＇s diseases of the unemployed women was taken. METHODS 2006--2008 three year survey of women＇s diseases and treatment were analyzed in unemployed women in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City.RESULTS 11 146 people of 23 731 unemployed women were detected suffering from women＇s diseases. The prevalence rate was 47.0% .The prevalence rate has increased year-on-year. The prevalence rate of breast disease was highest. The prevalence rate of mammary gland hyperplasia was 52.9% . Cervical erosion accounts for the first three years in a row in genital inflammation diseases. The prevalence rate of cervical erosion was 21.0 % . 8 cases of breast cancer, 2 cases of cervical cancer, 1 case of endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer and 23 cases of cervical smear CIN-Ⅲwas found in this survey. CONCLUSION Appropriate interventions would promote and enhance the unemployed women＇s reproductive health according to the results of the survey.
