中山市228例育龄妇女死亡相关因素分析

目的了解近年来中山市育龄妇女的主要死亡原因,探讨相关的预防措施和策略。方法对中山市2008—2010年育龄妇女的死亡资料回顾性分析死因顺位及其影响因素。结果本市育龄妇女前二位的死因分别是因病死亡和意外死亡。因病死亡中,恶性肿瘤及神经、循环系统疾病分别位于前三位。意外死亡中,交通事故位居第一位,自杀和药物中毒位居第二、三位。在恶性肿瘤死亡的妇女中,肺癌和乳腺癌并列第一,结肠癌位于第三位。结论应加强育龄妇女健康教育和指导;注重育龄妇女的心理疏导;加强妇女病普查工作。

Analysis on the Main Causes of Death in Women of Childbearing Age in Recent Years in Zhongshan City

OBJECTIVE To understand the main causes of death in women of childbearing age in recent years in Zhongshan City and to explore the relevant preventive measures and strategies.METHODS The information collected from women of childbearing age from 2008 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed to find the death causes and the influencing factors.RESULTS The first two causes of death for women of childbearing age were the accidental death and the death due to illness.Death due to illness,cancer and nervous,circulatory system diseases were located in the top three in the cause rank.Accidents,suicide and poisoning-bit were the top three causes in the accidental death.Lung cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer were the top three of the cancer which lead an important death for women of childbearing age.CONCLUSION The health education to women of childbearing age should be strengthening and put emphasis on psychological counseling for these women.In the same time,women＇s diseases census should be carried carefully.
