| 摘 要： | 妊娠期高血压疾病是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症,目前其发病机理尚未完全阐明.近年,许多学者提出子宫螺旋动脉的重铸不良导致胎盘形成异常与妊娠期高血压疾病发病关系密切.血管紧张素Ⅱ及血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体是肾素-血管紧张素系统的重要生物活性物质,其在胎盘局部活性的改变被认为与妊娠期高血压疾病发病有关.该文就血管紧张素Ⅱ及血管紧张素Ⅱ的Ⅰ型受体的生物学特性、与正常妊娠的关系及它们在妊娠期高血压疾病发生、发展中的作用进行综述.

| Abstract: | Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a pregnancy complication that may seriously impair the health of maternity and infant.The pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is not illuminated completely yet now.Recently,many researchers indicated that spiral arterial of uterus is closely associated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.AngII and AT1R are two important bioactive substances of renin-angiotensin system and their changes in activity in placenta are thought to be associated with development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.This review summarized biological characteistics of AngII and AT1R,their correlation with normal pregnancy and roles in occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. |
