透明帽辅助内镜下硬化剂注射术治疗痔疮的疗效和对患者生活质量的影响研究

目的探讨透明帽辅助内镜下硬化剂注射术治疗痔疮的效果。方法 60例内痔患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗,研究组采用透明帽辅助内镜下硬化剂注射术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及预后。结果两组的总有效率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月,研究组的再出血与肛门瘙痒发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的痊愈时间短于对照组,术后2 h疼痛评分显著低于对照组,脱出改善评分与生活满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论透明帽辅助内镜下硬化剂注射术治疗痔疮的效果满意,可显著改善患者的生活质量。

Study on the Efficacy of Transparent Cap Assisted Endoscopic Sclerosis Agent Injection in the Treatment of Hemorrhoidsand Its Impact on Patients' Quality of Life

Objective To explore the effect of transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerosis agent injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 60 patients with internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,while the study group was treated with transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerosis agent injection.The clinical efficacy and prognosis were compared between two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after treatment,the incidences of rebleeding and anal pruritus ani of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score at 2 h after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the prolapse improvement score and life satisfaction degree score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerosis agent injection in the treatment of hemorrhoids has satisfactory effect,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
