阴道B超联合腹部B超检查与单纯腹部B超对异位妊娠的诊断效果对比

目的分析阴道B超联合腹部B超对异位妊娠的诊断效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的异位妊娠患者66例,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组使用单纯腹部B超检查,观察组使用阴道B超联合腹部B超检查。比较两组的敏感度、特异性和准确率。结果以病理检查结果作为标准,观察组的敏感度、特异性、准确性分别为90.00%(27/30)、100.00%(3/3)、90.91%(30/33),高于对照组的65.38%(17/26)、28.57%(2/7)、57.58%(19/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯腹部B超检查相比,阴道B超联合腹部B超检查可准确诊断异位妊娠,降低异位妊娠漏诊率。

Comparison on the Diagnostic Effects of Vaginal B-Ultrasound Combined with Abdominal B-Ultrasound and Simple Abdominal B-Ultrasound on Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 66 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given simple abdominal B-ultrasound,and the observation group was given vaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were compared between the two groups.Results Taking pathological examination results as the standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were respectively 90.00%(27/30),100.00%(3/3)and 90.91%(30/33),higher than 65.38%(17/26),28.57%(2/7)and 57.58%(19/33)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with simple abdominal B-ultrasound,vaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound can accurately diagnose ectopic pregnancy and reduce the missed diagnostic rate of ectopic pregnancy.
