依达拉奉对脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能、血液流变学指标及相关感染发生率的影响

目的探讨依达拉奉对脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能、血液流变学指标及相关感染发生率的影响。方法选择2016年2月至2019年2月我院收治的脑梗死患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉治疗。对比两组治疗前后的红细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标,并观察两组的感染发生率。结果治疗后,研究组的红细胞免疫复合物花环率低于对照组,红细胞C3b受体花环率、免疫黏附促进因子高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血细胞比容、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、全血黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的感染发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉可有效改善脑梗死患者红细胞免疫功能及血液高凝状态,并可有效预防感染,值得临床推广。

Influence of Edaravone on the Erythrocyte Immune Function,Hemorrheological Indicators and the Incidence of Related Infection in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the influence of edaravone on the erythrocyte immune function,hemorheological indicators and the incidence of related infection in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60).The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group.The erythrocyte immune function and hemorheological indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the infection incidences of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the rosette rate of erythrocyte immune complex in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the rosette rate of the erythrocyte C3b receptor and the immune adhesion promotion factor were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and whole blood viscosity of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the study group was 10.00%,lower than 41.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Edaravone can effectively improve the erythrocyte immune function and hypercoagulability of patients with cerebral infarction,and can effectively prevent the infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
