2009年滕州市部分中小学生肠道蠕虫感染现状调查

目的]了解滕州市中小学生肠道蠕虫感染现状,探讨防制策略。方法]2009年4月随机抽取滕州市城乡4所中小学2 011名学生,采用饱和生理盐水漂浮法,检查肠道蠕虫虫卵。结果]检测2 011名学生,检出肠道蠕虫感染者125例,感染率为6.22%。蛔虫、蛲虫、钩虫感染率分别为4.72%、1.19%、0.30%,其中蛔虫感染者占检出者的76.00%,为主要感染虫种;城市学生感染率为4.41%,农村学生感染率为8.01%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中学生感染率为4.45%,小学生感染率为7.78%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;男生感染率6.45%,女生感染率5.97%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论]滕州市中小学生肠道蠕虫感染率偏高,应及时开展健康教育及服药驱虫工作,控制人群感染。

Survey on Current Status of Intestinal Worm Infections among Primary and Secondary School Students in Tengzhou City,2009

Objective] To understand current status of intestinal worm infections among primary and secondary school students in Tengzhou city,and explore control strategy.Methods]2 011 students from 4 primary and middle schools were randomly sampled,to test intestinal worm eggs,using saturated saline flotation method.Results]125 infected individuals with intestinal worm were detected,the total infection rate was 6.22%.Roundworm,pinworm,hookworm infection rate was 4.72%,1.19%,and 0.30% respectively,Among them,the roundworm infection was detected in 76.00% of those for the major pest species infection.There was statistical significance between infection rate of urban students（4.41%）and rural students（8.01%）（P〈0.01）;There was statistical significance between infection rate of middle school students（4.45%） and pupils（7.78%）（P〈0.01）.Boys and girls infection rate was 6.45% and 5.97%,with no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）.Conclusion]The rate of school students intestinal worm infections in Tengzhou city is higher,health education and vermifuge taking should be carried out in time to control the population infection.
